Após obtenção de Dados dos Intervenientes tratamos de todas as formalidades administrativas para que as mesmas sejam rápidas e mais baratas, utilizando uma rede de Outsorcing Técnico, nomeadamente, Advogados, Arquitetos, Solicitadores, Trabalhadores Administrativos, Especialistas de cada Área referentes ao BEM que se quer adquirir, diminuindo desta forma os nossos custos de Intermediação.

After obtaining all necessary data Project, we handle all administrative formalities to obtain  faster and cheaper , using a network of Technical Outsourcing , in particular , Lawyers, Architects , Solicitors , Administrative Workers , Experts in each area related to the Good that Client desire to acquire . The Resuly is a Expert Work with low cost of intermediation .

Formalização da Operação. Na presença das partes envolvidas do Negócio ou técnicos que os Compradores e Vendedores acharem bem comparecer como orgãos de apoio à decisão final ou em Representação em seu Nome, realizaremos a formalização do Contrato Final.

Essa formalização do contrato seguirá o formato standard internacional, o corpo do texto de sse acordo será redigido segundo instruções de cada Advogado de cada uma das partes ou por nós, até que não haja qualquer dúvida. Isto é que sejam 100% Claros e que não hajam cláusulas duvidosas ou que sejam objeto de diversas interpretações  que lesem qualquer uma das partes. 

Formalization

The formalization of Operation . will be done in the presence of both parts involved in the business or with the representation of technical Members with the normal letter of attorney .

We will follow ans support technically all steeps until the formalization of the Final Agreement to avoid any inaccuracy

This formalization of the contract will follow the international standard format , the body of the text if we have agreement,  shall be drawn under the instructions of each parts

Our technicians will support each customer buyer or seller, or through direct contact with the lawyers of each of the parties

We will work until the formalization guarante 100% of satisfaction from all the parties in the business.

Objeto

O nosso Objetivo é a satisfação máxima dos Clientes ( Vendedores / Compradores ) , após a formalização da Negociação , nessa fase cobraremos o nosso "Sucess Fee" como intermediários. 

Object

Our goal is maximum satisfaction of the customers ( buyers / sellers ) , after the formalization of the negotiation , only in here we consider fair charge our " Sucess Fee " as intermediaries.

The 1st fees will be used only to treat all documentation and expenditure record of technical procedures, procurement, legal support, documentation etc….. Since a job without results in our point of view is no tour goal fur us and four our customers.
